All orders are shipped promptly from our facility within 1 business day via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. 2Day shipments are typically sent via FedEx, Ground shipments via UPS, Priority via USPS and Overnight is depending on the product(s) ordered.
Items requiring FFL copy are shipped from our facility within 1 business day upon receipt of receiving dealer’s valid FFL copy.
NFA items (Suppressors, Short Barreled Rifles etc.) are shipped from our facility within 1 business day of receiving FFL copy, SOT copy and ATF approval of our e-filed Form 3.

All orders are shipped from our privately owned facility Monday through Friday.
Orders over $600 will ship with standard signature to ensure delivery. Firearms and NFA items will ship with Adult Signature as required.
Once an order has processed for shipment, a shipment confirmation email will be sent. If you have trouble locating the email, we suggest checking the junk or spam folder. Orders containing multiple items may take multiple shipments and as a result, multiple shipment confirmation emails.
Please note that during times of extremely high demand, weather, etc. shipment times may be delayed. We always do our upmost to fulfill your order in a timely manner!
We cannot guarantee delivery times as unfortunately delays may happen with shipping carriers. However, overnight shipments may qualify for a refund if not delivered in that shipment timeframe. If you believe your order to qualify, please feel free to contact us and we will inquire with the carrier if the shipment qualifies for a refund.
GENERAL FIREARM SALES
All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines, and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. Customers are responsible for verifying legality before purchasing. Federal laws require you must be 18 years or older to purchase a long gun and 21 years or older to purchase a handgun, state and local laws may differ, and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories, and applicable warranty. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special-order items.
Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas. * Ammunition currently cannot be shipped to: Alaska, Hawaii, D.C., Chicago, Cook County, New York City and its five boroughs, US Territories, APO, FPO and PO Box addresses.
Buyers are responsible for knowing their state/local laws prior to placing orders and providing any additional required documents. Buyers minimum age to purchase shotshell ammo is 18. Centerfire and rimfire minimum age are 21.
Any orders shipping to the following states requiring further identification can be sent to: email@example.com. If an order is placed and the shipping address contains a restricted state/locale and additional documents aren’t received in 48 hours, the order may be subject to cancellation.
- California, New York and Massachusetts orders can only be shipped to FFL dealers and a copy of their license is required.
- Illinois requires a copy of your FOID and driver's license or state-issued ID.
- New Jersey requires one of the following: Firearms purchaser identification card, permit to purchase a handgun or permit to carry a handgun.
- Connecticut requires driver's license or state-issued ID including one of the following: permit to carry a pistol or revolver, permit to sell a pistol or revolver at retail, eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver, valid long gun eligibility certificate or ammunition certificate.
- Due to regulatory and safety purposes, ammunition, primers, and powders cannot be returned. The stated items can only be shipped via ground services.
State/Locale Magazine Restrictions
No shipments of magazines over 10 rounds to California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Vermont, Chicago/Cook County, Massachusetts, Washington, Delaware, Rhode Island, and Hawaii. No shipments of magazines over 15 rounds to Colorado.
Firearms that contain magazines over a state’s limit may be removed prior to shipment. We do not refund/replace removed magazines.
Certain receiving FFL dealers may modify firearms or magazines to make the items compliant in your state/locale. If you’d like to place an order for an item that will need modification before transferring into your possession, please contact us before placing your order. We can make an exemption to your account to allow for these purchases.
It is the customer’s responsibility to know if their state/locale permits them to be exempt. Most states/locales allow sworn LEOs and active-duty military to be exempt.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund to your original method of payment, less 10% restocking fee and shipping rates. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product. A 30% open box fee in addition to the 10% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.
Cancellations are free! Please note we process orders in a very timely manner. Any item(s) or order(s) that have had a shipment confirmation email sent or are in the late stages of processing for shipment, are subject to our return policy.
To cancel an order, please feel free to contact us. Please be sure to reference your name and order number in the subject/description.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of the following products:
1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics, and night vision equipment.
5. Ammunition, powders, primers, brass cases.
NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either ensure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear in-stock on our website or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. If we cancel an order, a full refund will be provided.
If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Supreme Arms will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
Other items available for sale not listed on this website include discontinued parts or parts for firearms no longer produced. All items on this website are subject to change without notice. This includes item availability, one-of-a-kind items, and pricing.
We provide all descriptions for on items. All descriptions for used items is based on information gathered or that we’ve been able to locate over time. Items being sold as used will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.
